These terms describe website inquiries and the optional Storm CP Consulting customer care text-message program.

Website inquiries and consulting engagements

This website provides information about Storm CP Consulting and a way to ask about consulting support. Sending an inquiry does not confirm a meeting, require a purchase, or establish a consulting engagement. Scope, deliverables, timing, and fees for consulting services are agreed separately before work begins.

Optional customer care text-message program

By checking the separate SMS consent checkbox and submitting the form with a valid phone number, you consent to receive customer care text messages from Storm CP Consulting. Messages are sent via autodialer. The consent covers customer care communications about your inquiry or services, not a general marketing subscription.

SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of any purchase. You can submit an inquiry without opting in. Only check the box if you are authorized to consent to messages at the phone number you provide.

Message frequency and charges

Message frequency varies per user. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier’s plan. Contact your carrier if you have questions about those charges. Text-message delivery depends on your carrier and network availability and is not guaranteed.

How to unsubscribe

Reply STOP to unsubscribe from the customer care text-message program. You can also ask Storm CP Consulting to update your communication preference by calling 718-496-4189 or emailing yudi@stormcpconsulting.com. Opting out of text messages does not prevent you from contacting us by email or phone.

Privacy and consent records

By opting in, you also agree to the Privacy Policy and these Terms and Conditions.
